Logic Board Slightly Warped?

My iphone was run over and now the logic board is slightly warped and the phone doesnt turn on anymore. What about the board getting bent makes it not work now? It looks perfect other than being bent a little

Options

If you can see the slight warp, one or more solder joints would likely have developed cracks (i.e. broken connection). Don't even think a service shop would recommend trying to get it fixed.
