Why is my car not firing?

I have changed the plugs and wires and still no fire to them. What all can I check to fix this problem?

Of course the engine turns over, and there's a spark from the coil wire?

Check your crank sensor. It is the crank sensor that sends a signal to the PCM, this signal determines when the PCM fires the coil. So I would check crank sensor then PCM for spark. You can download the ignition part from the service manual right here good luck and I hope this will work for you.
