Controller disconnects when other consoles connect to WiFi

My Xbox controller disconnects from the console whenever my girlfriend turns on her PlayStation. However the controller itself stays on and won’t work even when plugged into the console

Must be interfering with each other. Everything is up to date? Also your Xbox controller (yes can be updated apart from the console).
