Sim card tray is dented inside phone, how do I get it out?

I’ve already opened the phone up and have the motherboard in view, but the sim is on the other side, im assuming id snap or break something if i tried lifting the motherboard without removing the sim tray. help!!

Options

You might have to remove the sim card tray and replace it. I don't know your skills as solderer but you might have a take it to a repair shop. The carrier you will give you a new sim card.
