Assisting issue : full power

Hello to all of you,

It’s been a couple of weeks, I have an issue with my bike. Here the explanation :

• I turn on my bike,
• I start pedaling,
• the assistance starts to help at full power,
• even if I switch to eco, normal, or boost mode, the assistance is at its full mode.

When I trigger the handbrake for the back wheel, the assistance stops, so the bike is doing exactly what it’s supposed to do and stop assisting me.

At that point the bike stops moving, and when I release the handbrake , without even moving the pedals, the assistance is already pushing the wheel.

I hope I have been clear enough , and hope someone might guide me on this issue ?
