Speaker has no bass

I recently bought a Marshall woburn speaker and when I turn it on it's only treble playing, no bass. Not sure what to do but the amp and tweeters dont kick in.

Hello I have a Woburn too and also bought it used, the box said the treble didn’t work and didn’t think much of it but the speaker just sounds way too low and muffled, could it be the treble or could be something bigger?
