Phone keeps rebooting after water damage

So the title says it all basically. The phone fell into water, was taken out in a matter of seconds. Kept working, so I just let it be. Sometimes the power off menu would pop up by itself and after twenty minutes of working normally, except for that anomaly, it just turned off and started rebooting. I just took out the sim and put it into rice. Is it a lost cause?

Answer this question I have this problem too

It may be able to be saved. But i would recommend not putting it in rice, it could cause more damage. the battery might of gone bad with the water damage and it might just need the battery. You can try soaking the logic-board with 99% isopropyl alcohol to get out any water that is trapped.
