replaced battery, charged to 100%, drained to 0, now won't recharge

You likely killed it. Post HOW you drained it to 0; batteries hate that.
If you take the battery apart, you may be able to bypass the circuitry and get it to charge, but I’ve never gotten one to work well for long by doing so.
Start over with a new battery; the one you got was likely NFG.

left phone alone for about 12 hours and it drained to 0. I put the phone on a wireless charger and it charged slowly. When it got to 50% I put it on the turbo charger and it has been holding its charge since.
