After shutting my car off, the blower motor continues to run, I have to pull the fuse under the hood to turn it off. I swapped the resistor with a brand new one and now change, any assistance would be appreciated.

Which Relay(s) and where might they be located?
Most relays are on the firewall. I don't have access to repair program anymore. I had a stroke and don't physical work on cars anymore.

Yes. The relay could be under the dash or on the firewall in the engine compartment. It just depends on how the manufacturer put it.
