Why do my fans not spin?

So I've built my first PC, got it to post, currently installing Windows and the CPU-Fan is doing his Job. But my Case Fans just don't spin. I couldn't spot a mistake with the Cables so what could it be?

Hi,

If you have the motherboard manual check that you have connected the chassis fan(s) to D and or E as per the diagram on p.1-18

Then go into BIOS and set the Q-FAN Control for CHA1 Fan and or CHA2 fan, depending on what type and which fans you have connected as per p.3-7 (see p.3-3 for how to get to the Q-Fan Control in BIOS)
