If it got wet you need to take the phone completely apart and pull all of the covers on the motherboard and clean the corrosion with a qtip and alcohol. You also need to clean all of the connectors. Use a soft brush. There is a possibility that the screen is damaged and may need to be replaced. That may still not repair it. Water damage can a lot of problems. Of starts working it could work for years or a few days. You may micrsoldering repair done to repair the phone. If you need that I would recommend jessa at ipad rehab ipadrehab.com or Jason at sts telecom ststelecom.com I hope this helps

Hello I know the water damage repair but I don’t know why it turns off

It's water damaged anything can happen. You never know what is corroded or shorted and can come out of nowhere. If it's been wet it may have hidden corrosion and it can get worse causing issues.

Alright just cleaned it

Do you have a sonic cleaner and use ec cleaner. It really helps getting hidden corrosion off.
