My Tab S2 is plugged in and says it's charging but it is not charging

I plug my tablet in about a week or so ago and it said it was charging, but the battery level stayed the same, did not go up and did not go down. I was playing a game on it (Azur Lane) and thought maybe the game was just demanding more power than normal. Well that problem has been going on since then and more recently it now shows a charging icon when plugged in but it is actually draining instead of charging. I don’t have any background apps running and the screen is off and it still just drains slowly.
