Lines in a display are typically signs of damage to the LCD or OLED panel depending on which the device uses. Thankfully the F5 uses the older and cheaper LCD so repair cost should be reasonable. Avoid Amazon, eBay, Craigslist, AliExpress, and wish when it comes to phone parts as they do not have quality control over who sells what parts on those sites.
