Cable for 2nd HDD or SSD

Cold this cable be used to connect a second hard drive or a SSD to the logic board in the new Mac Mini?

If so then Apple would be providing us with the means for stepping outside of their ridiculous pricing. $600 for an Apple SSD?

It's not like the branding will be shown to anyone. :P

If anyone has any knowledge about this please give me, and others, an answer.

Without a closeup on the motherboard connector it's difficult to tell, but just from what I can see I'd say it looks different than the Mini's connector and I would say no.
