Issues with putting my iPad 6 back together.

Hi, I have never done a replacement for any kind of tablet, but I decided to try my hand at it after watching a few videos and reviewing this. So last night I did the tear down except for the glass shattering even more had no issues tearing it down, but when I put everything back together my display started acting up. Now my iPad was working find before the tear down, so I wandered what I had did wrong to cause this. I am including some photos

In what way did the display start acting up? You are most likely having issues with the digitizer and not the LCD itself. There are many places to get replacement parts with different quality standards so if you got something from Amazon it could be a low quality part. Did the replacement digitizer come with the cables pre-bent? Apple products are very particular about how ribbon cables are bent and this can cause issues. One other thing to look at, the frame. Is your frame bent? This can cause the digitizer not to sit right and could also cause problems.

I bought everything from iFixit and well I was trying to adjust the digitizer and broke the thing.
