Sleep/wake button not responding and digitizer

I need help diagnosing my Touch. I went to replace the digitizer and battery. Battery went well, but the digitizer doesnt appear to be working. it will not respond to any touch.

I thought maybe i could just do a hard reset, but it doesnt appear that the sleep/wake button is working either.

The only thing that works is, volume up/down and the Home button.

I figure it could be three things. Upper logic board, power flex cable or digitizer.

Since it wont unlock, i cant check for anything else not repsonding.

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
