Side buttons don't work

I believe that my iPhone 6 mainly works, but I can't turn it on because I can't press the buttons. The home button works, but none of the buttons on the side, such as the lock button, volume buttons, and the do not disturb switch click when you press or switch them.

Options

You can prompt the phone to turn on by plugging it into a charger. If it doesn’t turn on, there is another underlying issue.
