Kitchenaid Artisan attachments hitting bowl

I have an artisan kitchenaid that was recently serviced and now the attachments scrape the bowl at the bottom. I have tried the adjustment screw but it doesn’t make any difference.

Is it possible that the motor housing needs adjusting somehow - is it possible for it to somehow sit wrong, so it tilts forward more than it should?

I’m hesitant to send it off for repair given that’s how this issue started in the first place, also out of warranty.

How long ago was it serviced?

Most reputable service repairers offer a guarantee on their workmanship for at least 30 days.

If still within this period, contact them about the problem and check what they say
