Disc-drive does not eject occasionaly after opening it.

Ok, so my PS3 suddenly stopped reading my discs - so I opened it to see if I thought it would be hard to fix it myself.

Came all the way to the laser and enjoyed how easy it was. Didn´t change it though, need to order the part now.

The thing is, though, I screw the PS3 all the way back again, everything looked fine - but then;

The discs physically jams when I insert them now, it does not sound as if they come all the way in. If I am lucky, they eject, otherwise I need to needle them out.

Question is, is this the drive itself, so I need to change it ? Or can I adjust the "entrance" to the drive by adjusting screws inside ?
