My MacBook doesn´t start

I have changed the motherboard of my macbook because according to the local technical service of Apple, it was damaged. I have disassembled and mounted it as indicated in the guide. Once mounted, I charged the battery (ok)

and then I pressed the start button. I have observed that the screen turns on, the fan works, but does not start the operating system and only appears on the screen, the image attached.

Can someone help me with this?

Thank you

It looks like your drive is damaged or you have a new disk installed. Basically the system can’t find a OS. Here’s a bit more If your Mac doesn't start up all the way and If your Mac starts up to a question mark

Do you have access to a bootable drive with the OS-X your system needs? Do you still have the grey CD/DVD disks the system came with?
