Lock button not working. Phone stuck in boot loop.

I noticed my lock button stopped working. This happened after I wiped it down so maybe there was some moisture near the button. Otherwise, it wasn’t dropped or anything like that. Battery health is at 91% and performance management is disabled.

Also, when I try to turn off the phone via the Accessibility software lock button, it will not turn off. It will restart but instead of starting up it will boot loop to the apple logo. It only starts if the phone is plugged in. Any ideas what could be wrong.
