Why the screen show this and is my flexcable broken?

Why my new replaced watch series 4 44mm screen show this when I turn it on? And are the flexcable connectors broken?

They do look a bit bent post another pic with them angled so we can see them from the side.

Sadly I don’t see any way to fix the damaged cables. These cables are not replaceable and are part of the SIP module.

Time for a new watch ;-{

For real? I saw a video on youtube where someone changed the cable. is that an option?

Take a look here Apple Watch Series 4 Teardown Jump down to Step 11. Look at the middle image each of the cables would need to be desoldered from the SIP package, and you still need the replacement parts which are not available. At best this is brain surgery! This is beyond what you or I could do and the cost is more than replacing the watch.
