Wont turn on after display replacement

Hi, i got this iphone that has touch malfunctions on certain parts of the screen, i just replaced the display one time and the problem was gone, then i got a front camera + ear speacker from another display (because the previous didnt work) i tried to reattach the display, i struggle a lot this time because i tried to put connectors in the wrong place and i realized that i forgot to remove the battery connector, now the phone dont turn on and dont be detected by pc too, did i accidentaly short something?
