Charging issue, Lenovo Miix 320

So i have this issue. When i plug my charger in, it does not charge, and after absout 10sec it dies. But when the tablet/laptop is shut off, it charges just fine. What could it be?

This could be a syncing issue with the phone. Does your device have the same issue when plugged into the wall?
