I tried to start my IPod and all I see is the round timer ticking time and nothing is happening. I plugged it but ITune won't sync with it.

Is there a diagnostic mode for Touch?

when you connect the ipod to the pc... did not work?

did you open the ipod before?

did you see the usb chord is good??

can you prove with other usb cable?

maybe you need to connect the ipod to the pc and see this video for to enter to DFU mode (maybe you ipod stay on DFU's mode)
