When I am calling, the person is not able to hear me?

When ever i call someone from my iphone than i am able to here their voice perfectly but they are not able to hear me and also my center key is not working, what should i do??

the problems all originate from the dock connector...the contacts for your home button, and the mic for when you are talking. to test the mic open "voice memo" app and try talking..you should see the needle moving. you can then press play and should be able to hear it back. if it doesn't work then replacing the dock connector should sort the problem out.iPhone 3G Dock Connector Replacement

The fix is to carefully reconnect Flex Cable #4 to the Logic Board.

you have options:

fisically

maybe the cristals are broken

maybe you need to move the speaker

or the speaker are disconnect

or the speaker cable is damage

by softs:

restore the firmware to deafult

flash the phone (in iphone's phone this not work...)

update to the last firmware

you can find the instructions for disasembly, or the diagram for to find the damage.
