Blaze T2 ZTE not receiving text messages.

Having trouble receiving text messages. I purchase this phone two weeks ago and everything was fine. Now, I’m having issues receiving text messages. Each message constantly ask me to download the file. Can you please assist me with this matter? My mobile data and data roaming are both active. I have over 4 gigs of unused storage left.
