Where can I buy a 3.5mm headphone jack port for my laptop.

My 3.5mm headphone jack port is broken. It wiggles around and if you hold it at the right angle it works partly or fully. Can I buy this part or do I need to buy the whole component the port is connected to? Where do I buy the part or component?
