Why does my Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 GT-N5120 not booting after factory

First it was showing an error message on the screen stating that one of the apps has stopped working. On making enquiries, I was advised to factory reset it. After the factory reset, it can only Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 GT-N5120 coming on and off and nothing more.
