NEW LCD for MOTO Z2 play is NON-RESPONSIVE

Hi I have a new LCD for my MOTO Z2 PLAY, LCD lights UP, but touching is not working. Can u see flex cables? Is problem in the FLEX or it should work normally? Thanks for reply. David.

Are the wires in the cable damaged or it it just something on the cable covering the view of the wires?

Hi. It is some dirt on it. Anyway, this image is from LCD which worked well, bud now is broken. The other image s from new LCD.
