Replaced pixel 3xl screen and now its too dim

Hi, so i recently replaced the screen on my pixel 3xl, but now the display is almost unseeable until about 60% brightness. The original screen was still usable at it’s lowest setting, but this is like the display is off completely. Any ideas on why this is or how to fix it?

Are you able to manually adjust the brightness at all? And where did you buy the replacement screen from?
