Touch screen not working after water.

I was running and I slipt, accidentally dropping my iPhone x onto a 10cm deep stair step in the pool, I took it out after 2 seconds of it being in the water and dried it off. I then used it for about 12 minutes when it started doing things on it's own. The touch screen then stopped working. It's in a bag of rice as I'm writing this and I've tried turning it on and off. Please help :((

Rice doesn’t work. It’s a myth. You need to stop trying to turn it on and off. This can cause irreparable damage. You need to open the phone and properly dry it out and clean it with isopropyl alcohol. If you are uncomfortable doing this, find a reputable shop to properly dry it out.
