Changed Display, now iPhone doesn´t turn on anymore.

Hey, I just replaced the hole Front Unit, exept the LCD by a new one(so the touchscreen and the middle-thing with home-button etc)

And now, nothing happens and it won´t turn on anymore, no matter how often I try to put it on.

Checked all the connectors a dozen of times!

Greets, Philipp

I had the same problem...but successfully live up my iphone.

Here are what I did:

- recheck connectors number 1, 2, 3 (make sure they are not broken or detached from their ribbon cable)

- recheck the connections to main board (perfectly fit)

- connect my iphone to iTunes, resetting the system to factory setting (iTunes will ask and do backup of all your data)

- if your iphone display iTunes symbol or any text other than white/black screen, then everything will be okay.

- after resetting, I restore the system firmware and data back to latest condition. some apps needs to be re-installed from appstore.

Hope you can live up your iphone again...
