Hi @ashleyy11 ,

Is that the green 'Power" light on the washer that is blinking when you first connect the power? Bit hard to see on the video.

Also did you check on the back of the machine up near the control panel for the model number on the compliance plate, as all the Eziset 7Kg models that I can find have a LED display window as well as control lights so not sure it would be correct for your model?

Have you proved that the wall power outlet is OK by plugging in another appliance (hair dryer etc) and making sure that it works OK?

Havnt tried anything else in Wall outlet but have tried machine where fridge is plugged in with same results

Hi @ashleyy11 ,

A flashing Eco Rinse light can be caused by the water taps not being turned on or the inlet hoses or filters are blocked somehow.

Disconnect the power cord from the outlet and if the taps are on, turn both of them off and then unscrew the hoses from the machine end and place the end of the hoses in a bucket or in the laundry tub if it is close by to drain the hoses and check if the filters in the end of the hose fittings are unobstructed.

Then slowly open the tap(s) and check that water flows freely out of the hose.

If all is clear reconnect the hoses, ensure that the taps are on and check what happens when you reconnect the power.

If it still happens then most probably there is a problem with the control board.
