hp desktop usb not working
hello i have a desktop hp pavilion slimline my usb ports are not working , it doesnt detect the mouse or keyboard what can i do to use my pc again.

First make sure the proper drivers for USB are installed and not corrupted If they are you have three choices--1. Replace the motherboard (expensive) 2. Install a USB IO card in one of your io slots.(about $20 + shipping) 3. Use USB to PS2 adapters to connect your keyboard and mouse to the computer.

Also check your BIOS on start-up and make sure that your USB ports are enabled...

also have issue like this, the usb ports were working properly but sudenly all stoped working at once. i have checked the bios to enable the usb legacy but still it doesn't work, i have reset the bios to factory settings but still no results.
any solution to this?
