At least one of the speakers in my Mid 2010 (7,1) MacBook is blown. The amp appears to be fine as sound is clean when using headphones or external speakers. I might as well replace both speakers while I have the laptop open, but I see only a single part number listed. Does the same part work on both or is only one side available?

@ronnieday - Sorry the S/N won't help me ID which is the correct part. You'll need to compare the image I just posted to your system.
Just double checked under good light. There is nothing in the area below all of the compliance info. Either it was never there or maybe it got rubbed off if it was a sticker instead of being engraved into the part. The case bottom might be a replacement part, not sure. I was given the computer by the original owner when the OEM battery died.
I took a picture that area and will be happy to attach it if you'd like, but there's nothing even close to the picture you posted.

It was likely rubbed off. Just pick one and hope for the best. Try to find someone who takes a swap out.
