Switch charging incredibly slow

So I had the issue that my switch was completely dead, it wouldn’t charge and even with a charged battery it would not turn on. After some measurements I noticed some shorts around BQ24193 and M92T36 so I replaced those and just in case something was wrong with it, I also replaced PI3USB.

After replacing all those I did some measurements again and found that the shorts are completely gone however my switch currently charges incredibly slow. I have left it in the charger for +/- 52 hours now and it went from 72% to 78%. I also have no HDMI output but I don’t mind that. The current draw when using it while in the charger is like any other switch but when in sleep it only uses 0.05A - 0.1A.

I did see that I have knocked off a small 100pf capacitor near the PI3USB (one of those 2 that are grouped with 2 resistors) but this one is probably for the HDMI circuit so I doubt that fixing this will fix the charging issue (I will fix it though).

Anyone has an idea where the issue could lay? I currently either leave it plugged in or charge my battery with a separate battery charging board (TP4056) but to do this I need to take out the battery which is quite the hassle.
