None of my microphones are working

All of my microphones are not working i tested them all using voice memos and front and back camera, people also can’t hear me on my phone or on facetime but my hey siri is still working..any fixes ?

Options

First check that loud speaker option greyed out or not on call if not that is the problem related to Audio Ic.
