Very slow, needs power button pressed for a long time. tried some rep

Hello. I have a 2015 13" macbook pro retina model. The unit has the following issues. (etrecheck copy below)

• Power button needs to be depressed for a long time in order for the system to start up. This needs to happen every time.
• System shuts off after unit comes off from sleep- even setting energy saver to stay on, it still shuts off. It seems like the unit comes out from sleep normally, then shuts off.
• Unit is also very slow. Very unresponsive.
  

I have replaced the fan, tried the SMC / NVRAM / PRAM reset, formatted and re-installed different versions of macos.
