I recently used an ifixit kit to open and replace this unit’s battery. On reassembly, now have no sound although the unit seems to do everything else. Battery is charged. I dislodged the click wheel during my repair and it is not sitting quite right. i doubt that is the source of the sound issue though.

@mybro1414 that should not be related to the clickwheel. This sounds like a bad flex that connects to the headphone jack. Double check its connection and check for tears in the flex etc.
