Panasonic (TH50PV600M) won`t start!

I have Panasonic (TH50PV600M) TH50PX600U, The TV won`t start, when power on I get red lights blinking (one time) and then followed by green lights blinking (three time), then the TV just shuts down and start again to do the same sequence in a loop, which board do I need to replace?

sweetnoble 3 blinks for your model indicate a 3.3V SOS and points toward the D-board having failed.

Thank you for your feed back, are these blinking codes imply to green lights as well . Because if I remember correctly in the service manual only mentioned the red lights codes.

UPDATE: I have replaced the D-board and the P-board, unfortunately the problem still exist!, Any ideas?
