iSight camera chip replacement

The iSight camera for my new MPA 2011 stopped working? Where can I get an replacement? Can I simply replace it with the one on my old MBA-before 2011, assuming it is the same chip?

The isight camera of my MBA mid-2011 stopped working after I upgraded to Mountain Lion some months ago.

Since then, I have tried everything possible and read all recommendations, all to no avail.

I really believe the isight camera is dead. Warranty period is long gone.

I really want to replace the isight camera, please help me explain how I can do this. Thanks.

It's under warranty, don't touch it. Return it to Apple for a free warranty repair. Here's how to contact Apple worldwide: http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57

If you're not close to a store or a ASP they'll send you a box. Total time is usually 4 days from your first call.
