turns on for 1 sec then turns itself off & red standby light flashes

Hi we have a Panasonic th-55dx600u TV that turns on for 1 sec then turns itself off & the red standby light flashes every 3 seconds

Is there a pattern to the flashes of the light?

Count the number of flashes before it pauses and starts the same sequence again e.g. 5 flashes > pause > 5 flashes > pause etc.

Then open the Panasonic website for what the error code is.

Hi thanks for your replies The light flashes red every 3 seconds I couldn't find anything on the panasonic website to match that Guess I'll try & contact Panasonic tomorrow
