Can I use any c-port for charging?
my laptop have four c-port, which is right one for charging

Most people would probably plug into the furthest one on the left.
Any port is fine as they all function the same for charging.

But! I like the right side ports ;-}
For some reason Apple designed the right side ports with a reduced I/O speed on the first versions of four port 13" MacBook Pro's Touch Bar systems (2016 & 2017). All four ports offer the same power input or output!
