3Gs DOES NOT sync with I TUNES AND THE PHONE TURNS OFF

the phone does not want to sync with i tunes and it turns off with out sync then turns on again and start the process again many times with out stopping .

sounds like it is time to replace your battery. Apples iPhones a and iPods do weird things with a bad battery. At least it will give you a good starting point.

Don't replace things without knowing they need to be replaced. If the battery does not last long or acts weird, then I'd replace it. But I'd try restoring if you can. That may be your issue. It's definitely an issue with your iPhones and nit the computer. Has it had water damage?
