Why does my headset works but I can talk to anyone at all?
I can hear the game and anyone talking through the headset , but when I speak no one hears anything .

GassedEm that appears to be related to your mic. Check the barrel connector by using a multimeter to check for continuity between the connector and the mic. If you are are having trouble with doing that, post some good pictures of the connector, wire and leading to your headset we can probably show you how to do that.
