Why is there a static sound on the left side of the headphones?

The head phones are fine when anc is not turned on. But when it's turned on, A hissing crackling sound with some ringing comes up. It sometimes happens when I tilt my head to my right. Any ideas on what the problem is and how I could fix it?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

i have this problem too , it is a factory defect, later the whole left side will be damage , i complained to the jbl help line they say htere is nothing they can do these unit are non repairable , i think these units are lemons only last for a year (warranty ) no good product may be hi tech in features but trust me they are not durable , lemon or they are defective as why the left speakers and why crackling sounds , they should recall all defective units and make a refund so wecan buy a better unit i am considering bose , sony if i get a refund , they know all about this but still continue to manufacture and sell , the units will be defective either you use it or not as the anc is defective and they pass the quality , realy this is a ripoff, a refund is justifiable hope we can reach out to others who have the same problem and so unlucky to buy this $@$*!& product because we trust the price and the name jbl. recommend other brand to your friends and blog your bad experience to inform others about jbl products

I've had two different sets of these JBLs do the same thing. The first one was replaced under warranty but for the second set they refuse to even offer a repair option - just a 10% off coupon. What a load of garbage!

I have had 3 750NC’s, all of them have ended up like this. I will no longer buy JBL products.

Possibly a dead driver or a wiring issue.

It is almost like there is dust in the internals of the headphones, for me at least. I am really happy with my headphones other than this.
