the ribbon to the battery is broken how do i get parts or how can i get it repaired

Try contacting support@fiio.net and ask if there is a replacement battery ribbon cable available for a FiiO X5 3rd Gen. player
Provide details such as full model number of the player and attach pictures if you think that it may help to explain what you need.
