Best SSD to upgrade my MacBook Air 2017 and keep good battery?

I am looking to upgrade my early 2017 MacBook Air’s SSD with a bigger capacity SSD of a third-party company. Although, I am concerned with how the new SSD will affect my Mac’s battery life…. Anyone can help me out ?

There are two listed on the upgrade guide: However, OWC does not list a third party upgrade for this machine, so I would be very leery of this upgrade. See if you can locate an original Apple stick.
