You can't unfortunately :( Unless you buy a new iPhone 4 and take the logic board from that, there is no way you can get one (brand new that is). You can try eBay as there are a few second hand i4 logic boards listed, you just need to make sure they work first before you buy them (make contact with the seller and ask for visual proof that it works).
